The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. We usually
ship all orders in 1-3 days from receiving payment .

Europe: 5-10 business days
Rest of the world : 10 -20 business days
I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee
them. Actual delivery time will depends on variable issues that may
occur in Domestic services .

Please not due to Convid delays up to one month may occur in some

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

I hope you all are happy with your Grecmuse purchase, if not please read
the following information.
In order to return you order, you dispose 7 days to contact me and 30 days , from you day you received, to send your item back .
In order to receive a refund you should make sure:
1. items are clean, unworn and in a resalable state
2. have the original receipt or dispatch note
3.all tags are still on the items
I won’t be able to complete your refund if you can’t meet these 3
requirements
It can take up to 20 days to receive your refund Customers are
responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds do not include the shipping costs even when your order
includes Free Shipping.
